Description David Menzies of The Rebel.Media reports: Thanks to a depressed Alberta housing market, Alla Wagner was having difficulty selling her $1.7M, 5,000-square-foot home in Millarville, so she came up with an innovative idea and launched an essay-writing contest in which the best writer would snag the house. That's when the "lottery police" at Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis agency stepped in. Watch as I show you yet another example of how far provincial lottery regulators will go to protect their monopoly on wagering!
